merchants provide free quotes, telling you unit prices, plate fees, and construction periods.
2) Send the LOGO → Free Design and Layout
you send images/text to the merchant:
- Merchants can help you with free layout, size, and positioning
- Provides **rendering (image)** for your confirmation
- If you're not satisfied, you can revise it for free unlimited times until you nod.
3) Confirm the rendering → Pay the sample fee (refundable)
- Confirm: pattern, color, position, size
- Pay the sample fee (tens~hundreds, depending on the craftsmanship)
- Note: Full deduction/refund after ordering.
4) Make sample clothes (3–5 days)→ Send to you
- Make one finished sample garment with a printed or embroidered logo
- Sending it to you: fabric, cut, color, clarity, and whether the color will fade.
5) Sample clothes are not satisfied → Free alteration, remake the sample
- Color incorrect, misaligned position, logo blurry → Free alteration, free remake of sample garments
- Keep changing until you're completely satisfied.
6) Satisfied with the sample garment → Signing/Paying deposit (30%–50%)
- Confirm: Sample garment = bulk standard
- Sign a simple contract/chat history confirmation
- Pay a deposit (30%–50%) and start mass production.
7) Mass production (7–15 days, depending on quantity)
- Fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, logo printing/embroidery, quality inspection
- You can check the progress throughout the process, and reputable factories can record videos.
8) Completion → Inspection → Final Payment → Shipment
- After the bulk is done, I'll send you photos/videos
for you- You can visit for inspection or send a few items for confirmation
- No problem, pay the balance, pack and ship
- Upon receipt: quantity, size, quality, fading inspection.
